I don't know how old you are or if you are sexually active, but it sounds to me like you may have been pregnant (whether you knew it or not) and had a spontaneous abortion (or miscarriage). There might be a little piece of the placenta left on the wall of your uterus. Not to sound redundant, you need to go to the gynecologist and get checked out for sure. If that's the case, a simple, outpatient D&C will take care of it. They do this procedure in the operating room and knock you out for it, so it's not as painful as it sounds.

As far as the nosebleeds are concerned...
...not sure where you live either, but I am from Ohio and the weather here stinks. In the winter I have bloody kleenex because the house air is so dry and the air outside is so bitterly cold.

I hope you heed the warnings of those who have answered this question and take yourself to the doctor. I don't think an emergency room visit is necessary. Good luck in whatever you choose.

This bleeding that you have had for 35 days is actually breakthrough bleeding which can act a lot like a menstrual period.

And because the bleeding has gone on this long this needs to be evaluated by your dr or at the ER to try and figure out what is going on.

It is generally advsiable to go to a doctor when you have blood coming out of your nose that is not from a nose bleed. It can signfiy internal bleeding which can kill u if left untreated

Something that desparately needs the attention of a doctor. See one immediately.

You need to see your doctor, this could be very serious. Waiting is generally not beneficial.

you need to go to your gynocologist or even your physician ASAP! it might be something as simple as a medicine you are currently taking, but it could be something worse! best of luck to you!
