I am having no luck with Allofmp3.com.Can not refill balance.

there are very many options. anytime you get free music it is going to be illegal, but there are some very fairly priced legal alternatives

I use allofmp3 and i know u need a credit card to refill ur balance. But try Napster. they're supposed to be pretty good

Utorrent is great for video clips, Limewire is great for music. they are the two loose. and Utorrent can do the two, limewire can do the two. yet its no longer great with video clips, comes up alot of porn stuff,

imeem and itunes, itunes cost money tho but i think its the safest, i heard limewire is getting banned.
