I have to give it the man. He's got huge balls to try to sell us this crap daily when everyone obviously knows he's lying.

He just cannot and will not admit that he is and was wrong with the entire Iraq War which he and his cohorts created to advance a legacy that was their fantasy of a Middle East Arab true Democracy.
We have, in our way, created this Civil War by not seeking a political solution instead of a military one.
The Republicans are trying to hold on to the war until the 2008 election when they can throw this mess into someone else's arms and walk away leaving behind them over 3000 dead and probably about the same amount crippled for life.

Bush would say something like that because it reflects the simplicity of American foreign policy--you are either with us or against, evil or good, communist or capitalist, with little room for the complexities of reality in between.
As for the 'civil war', GZ is right, there is no such thing. It is just total chaos in Iraq now, further fostered by the 'divide and conquer' tactics of the invading party, as has been the case during centuries of imperialism.

That was so funny! I can't wait until the Daily show covers that. According to my professor though, what is going on in Iraq is not a civil war because Iraq is under invasion. She said there is no word in international relations for the mess in Iraq. It is that bad!

Ok first I can't wait for ' infobrok' to respond to his daily limit so I can't stop reading his dumb message.
The pure evil thing, he was just looking in the mirror is all, or at Cheney.
Civil wars for the most part are the most vicious of all wars, just look in here and see if there were a dem - rep civil war, at this point there is dislike, that turns into deep hate fast.

The Iraqi people do not believe it is a civil war. The only people who say it is are lying liberal scum who hate America and want to see the US defeated so muslim terrorists can use Iraq as a base for more terrorism.
Wake up and smell the stinking jihad...

Yeah, anyone who knows that the violence is limited to 4 of the 18 provinces and that about 80% of the violence is in only 2 of the provinces.
