The Red Seal $5 bill of Series 1928 is valued at $6 for the low end grade, to $10 in average circulated grade(few folds and not torn). In uncirculated, the value is from $25 up to $200+ depending on the alphabet from A to F, with the D being the most valuable.

You rating of "good" condition and a collectors rating will vary extremely in some cases.

With out actually seeing it, there can never be a hit on the worth but I can give you a guideline : It could be worth anywhere from $7.oo all the way up to $1,500.oo. More if it is sought after by a collector looking to complete his/her collection.
