How can 13 year olds make money without having to mow the lawn or baby-sit?

Im afraid that no place will hire you till at least 14 technically if anyone touches you right now they will be seriously fined for breaking of child labor laws and could risk losing thier operating license.

The only jobs you can get are side jobs like walking dogs, cleaning houses, babysitting, housewatching for as friend or neighbor when they go on vacation, washing cars, and mowing lawns..
