The military dude. If not him, then Haley. One thing for sure, it's not going to be Sanjaya. He has all of India voting for him in addition to all of Howard Stern's followers.

Sanjaya won't leave; there are too many "vote for the biggest loser" campaigns going around to keep him on the show as a joke. He sucks.

Either Phil because he's the worst one there (besides Sanjaya) or LaKisha because her performances are getting boring. Haley, too, because all she cares about is her figure and not her voice or Gina because her performances are sort of getting boring, too.
