Have a look at Annabel karmels website and she has some great puree books!! Fish is fine but things like sausages have too much salt. Mums own do a cheese sauce and ty some gluten free pasta which you can get from waitrose or Boots. Also she is still very young for weaning so just keep to veggie purees until her little tummy is stronger and more able to adapt. up until 6 months baby systems are just geared up for milk
