It may hurt some of the really stupid ones. Zillow is accurate to within about +/- 20%. That means that if Zillow says a house is worth $100,000. You can be fairly certain it is worth somewhere between $80,000 and $120,000.

If your agent isn't better than that, he has more to worry about than Zillow running him out of the business.

Not until it gets more reliable. Improvements in the formulas it uses are said to be coming soon. Even then, I would think appraisers would be in more danger than agents.
