Um no, because nobody would believe it was an accident. Like, who carries a bowling ball up to the top of a 100 story building without an intention of killing someone?
And I really don't want to go to jail because there's this hairdressing apprenticeship going that I want, and my parents would disown me and my boyfriend would dump me.
And besides, what if I missed and hit someone else??
