this is my 3rd year gardening, and I love it. I have learned alot just by experimenting.
The first year I grew radishes. when you start to see the tops of the radish, it'll be time to harvest them. You have to water potted plants more often, and radishes require alot of water to keep them from being tasting hot. The plant part will be about a foot tall and flowers will start to form. You can leave then in even longer, they'll just get rounder and start to point like a carrot a little. Cucumber plants are a vine, and need room to spread. You can grow the vine on a trellis, instead of on the ground. They will stat to die when the weather gets too hot. The more you pick the cucumbers off, the more it will produce . They need lots of water also, or they'll be dry in the center. Cucumbers home grown are different then at the grocery store. The skin is a little prickly. Not like a cactus, and it'll rub or wash off. I've never grown a pumpkin, but I do know it's a vine plant also, and needs room to grow.

You might have a problem down the road. Cucumbers, squash and pumpkins are all in the same family. When the bees start doing their thing, you are probably going to have cross pollination. This will give you fruits that are half cucumber/half squash, etc. I hope you don't, but I did, once, and really learned my lesson. These need to be planted with at least 10' of space between them.

By the way, I've gardened for 50 years, so I've made a LOT of mistakes.

There are sprays available at garden centers that you can use on your produce to keep the bugs away, check with them.

the radishes may take another 2-3 weeks, it's still early and they may take longer to develop.

You might want to get some wooden stakes and stake out a garden and use chicken wire to encircle it. That will help keep the rabbits and maybe the squirrels away. It would also keep your lawn service away too. If your service gives you a hassle then fire them and get another one, I'm sure there are other companies out there that would love to have your business.

Yes they will, Pumpkins, Gourds, Squash, Cucumbers, they will all cross pollinate if you plant to to close, allow about 30 feet and they will be OK>
