Mini moto ? ? ?

Is it legal to push a mini moto around on a pavement but not start it. And is it possible to take it on a bus if it is in a bag.

It's legal to push it, legal to bus it in a bag too as long as it doesn't smell of fuel... if it's been run before, forget the bus.

Great little toys but not practical to own if you actually want to ride it and don't own your own race track...

Yes to both.
Although you could get hassled for bringing gasoline onto a bus by "Home Security". You never know what they're gonna come up with.
