yes it does. it takes my mind off bad things when im trying to sing the words to a song. for me, it's very comforting.

Well it really depends on what u listen to like the song "Mad world" from Michael Andrews I listened to it for 2 weeks and I was SOOO depressed but fast music gives me an adrenline rush and slow music makes me tired lol and I read in an artical that classical music helps people do better in school hope that helped

It definitely makes me feel better especially if I hear a song I like and things are going good for me. Can't Live without my music.

it definetly does. it does because when ppl have a bad day or just need comfort, some if not most, turn to music because music says everything you can't or have a hard time expressing. at least thats how it makes me feel better. hope this helps!

It allows me to just live in the moment, instead of worrying about things that happen or might happen. I feel free when I listen to music, don't know what I would do without it.
