It is telling you there is a problem with the anti lock brakes. This does not mean your brake system will fail as your car will still have the conventional brake system, only that the anti lock part may not work the way it should.

It means there is a problem and they may also turn off the ABS system. Maybe a bad wheel sensor.

Count the number of times it flashes sequentialy.
(between brief pauses)
Then get back to us whith the "code" (number of flashes)
