I have a hundred dollar bill from 1900's and i'm looking for a website that u enter the serial # into and it tells u the value.

There is no web site that you enter the serial # into and it tells you the value. The critical piece of information is the series / date. Once I know the date and series, I can create a listing of all $100 bills presently for sale on eBay of that date presently for sale, which will give you a fairly specific idea of value.
Condition is also a big factor (Folds, tears, and stains if any).

I haven't seen anything like that. If you're trying to sell a bill or a coin, you need to have it appraised by a professional.

There's more to selling or pricing (appraising) a piece of currency like that. Condition, rarity, as well as age is always taken into consideration.

A good way is to go onto Ebay and look for what you have.
