Dove - absolutely brilliant.
It slowly tans with subsequent applications so it is really natural. The bottle lasts ages and it also moisturises your skin. Slap it on after a shower as a moisturiser and you'll develop a lovely glow.

I use Avon Self Tanning Lotion. I start seeing changes in 1 day. It only takes 3 days to get a lot darker!! It works really good, and it's only $4.99. It's probably on Avon.com, or u can find an Avon Representative in your area. I just started using it so IDK how long it will last, but it is a big bottle, so I will be in my house for a while! It also smells great and leaves ur skin feeling oh so soft!

Johnson's and Johnson's Holiday Skin Body lotion. Every day, and it builds up to a nice even tan. Not smelly and doesn't stain as much as some of them. Smells nice too.

i use st.tropez step 5 jus slap it on in the morning and it last about 2-3days it develops almost instantly and a bottle lasts me about 2-3 weeks xxx

forget the creams try Wilkinson's tanning wipes 1.99 and very good but only use them every other day and make sure you exfoliate your hands

this is 2nd-hand knowledge from one of my friends...they recommend banana boat dial-a-tan & l`oreal sublime glow & jergens natural glow...she uses them every day (she likes to be super-dark), so i don`t imagine they last very long that way...i believe she said she buys them about every 10 days...
