How do you get to the field where the NFL Patriots play? Can you do it using MBTA, and how much time would it take?

Yes there is a train that leaves from South Station and is for Patriots Games ONLY the schedule is below

From South Station
Depart
South Station 10:50 A.M.
Back Bay 10:55 A.M.
Dedham Corp. 11:10 A.M.
Norwood Central 11:15 A.M.
Arrive
Foxboro/Gillette Stadium 12:05 P.M.

and it leaves 30 min after the game is over, so that means no post game tailgating.

During Patriots (American football) game days there is a train that leaves from Boston's South Station (a 5 minute walk from Downtown Crossing) to the stadium. I believe it makes a couple of stops along the way, and takes a little less than an hour.

I do not think the train runs for the (NE Revolution) professional soccer games.
