Go into the restaurant and ask for an application. Dress well and be polite. Bring a resume with you when you go in.
Good luck

The company that owns Outback also owns BoneFish and Carrabbas. Any of those places are great for tips. The best way to get in is to know someone who already works there. Normally if you interview well they have you memorize the menu then take a test on it. To wait tables they will expect you to have atleast 2 years of prior waiting history or else you will end up in the kitchens and that is a horrible job.

Good luck!

i have been a server for 7 years, not at outback but a very similar chain, and other resturaunts as well, apply as a host every resturaunt is always looking for a host because the host is usually promoted to waiter and no one wants to host, when you have your interview explain you would like to eventually serve.hosts usually require no experience.it is low paying but will eventually pay off in the long run.

The only thing i can tell you to do is to go there and get an application if you don't want to do that you could always wait for someone who works there to appear at your doorstep and ring the doorbell. : l
