Pretty much every estuary on the NW coast of Australia, All rivers and inlets along the Southern Spanish coast and most Devon ports / rivers in the UK. Houston, Florida and SW America also have Dolphin coming in to marinas.

here in central florida, we have a river system that has a few inlets to the ocean.
There's always plenty of dolphin in the river here.

The TV series, Flipper, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flipper_%281964_TV_series%29 described an idyllic location. Although, "Coral Key Park & Marine Preserve" was fictional the show was filmed in beautiful settings.

Many bays have dolphins. I saw one today in Deleware Bay.

Estuaries, river deltas and rivers sometimes have dolphins visiting or even living in them.
