herbivores: algae, zucchini, cucumber, carrot, romaine, spinach, seaweed, peas, oranges, etc.
carnivores: insects, worms, fish, frogs, eggs, snails, clams, mussels, squid, crayfish, shrimp, sponges, corals, crabs, mice, rats, etc.
omnivores: any of the above
in a fish tank: flakes, pellets, frozen and freeze-dried versions of the live food above

This really depend on the fish you have.. Most of the fresh water fishes accepts food pellets. Some only feed on live feeders like Arowanas and many are omnivourous such as Prochilodus and Silver dollars.
From my experiences and what I read there is no absolute herbivours in fishes. There are only omnivourous that eat algaes, vegetables together with feeders or food pellets/food sticks.

you really need to be more specific. But the most common used to feed fish would be flakes (tetra, topfin, hikari, etc.).
