I have a APC 500VA UPS ,whenever the voltage changes or becoms low computer loses power.?

i had no trouble with my earlier wipro UPS.There is a clicking sound after which the pc shutsdown and then restarts.I have a printer & scanner connected to it also.There is no problem with backup,it goes on battery when power fails.Anyone with a similar problem.

Maybe there is too much of a load on it. Especially the printer and the scanner, which, when powering up or starting a print job will draw a surge of current.

Disconnect things that don't need to be on back up (printer,scanner) and see how it works then.

sounds like a problem with the ups, shouldnt do that must be faulty
