Sure, as long as you attach a nine volt battery or plug it up to an electrical socket. Also, the 65 degree angle or aligning it to the north don't have anything to do with it. For that matter, neither does the (glass) pyramid. All you need is a power source and a conduction path. It would be nice to have a load (such as a light) or it might not last too long before the circuit opens due to melting.

Sorry but no. To produce a current you will have to move the coil through a magnetic field. That's called a generator. The Myth buster show debunked all the pyramid crap. It's just a shape.
