The crappy weather. It's April and there's snow on the ground and it's cold and windy. It was 81 degrees and sunny a week ago!

That my son's preschool isn't doing anything about a Special Needs child who keeps biting, hitting, and scratching the other children.
Is closer supervision of a violent toddler really so much to ask?
