Vanilla. I've got a vanilla one in my truck. The cinnamon seems to get too strong, especially in the heat of summer.

Cinnamon is too pungent to mix with other car smells, and best left pure like the fragrant cinnamon rolls I used to bake, y'know the kind they sell at the malls...

Vanilla has a complex, earthy aroma that takes the funky cow smell out of ice cream, and has even been used by sewage treatment plants to mask odors.

If those are the only choices, I'd go light vanilla. New car is actually what I usually choose. Dumb bunnies usually hide those scent wafers where you can't find them though. I once had wild cherry coming out of my air vents - had to use tweezers to get it out. My car smelled like Sara Lee for a week!
