I've only voted once in my life, and I'm 30!! I should be imprisoned!!

No. Requiring people to vote will not suddenly cause them to become informed on the issues, and people who would normally stay home would choose the candidate with the nicer sounding name or try to make a pattern on the ballot. People who don't care enough to get off their *** & vote shouldn't, IMO.

No, I feel that voting is a right, and we are free to chose is we want to vote or not. Everyone should vote, but it is a free country, so you don't have to vote.

Well I do vote, and I would hate the lines if everyone was forced to...they could give you a tax break for doing it though...pay you twenty bucks, heehee

i think it is scary that there are so many uninformed people out there who already vote. i say if you are uninformed and don't really care then DON'T vote. just don't complain about it when you don't like the way things are going. i hate it when there are bandwagon supporters of things and they don't really know the real issues they just like "that guy" because he is attractive or looks like he has money or because your friend likes him.

the law took away my right to vote. so put them in jail!! LOL! of course it was my fault they took my right to vote away, and i already went to jail for that!!
