Slight itch in penis while not urinating. Terrible burning sensation during urination. Is it definitely UTI or is there an STD with these symptoms? Also, will UTI go away without treatment? I have had sex recently, however the burning/itch did not begin until probably a week later.

Go to the doctor if you think you have a STD. Better safe than sorry.

Either way you need a doctors help...they both require an antibiotic
