Any suggestions on how to meet the players or any advice? He's my best friend and he deserves it.

Do you want tickets in San Diego or Indianapolis? If you live in San Diego you can go to sandiegochargers.com or stubhub.com to get tickets. However, the schedule is not out yet for the season.
You can also check ticket master or go to google.com and type in tickets for football games.
