I am wanting a divorce and i have a daughter with him. I want to know if there are any free forms or formats that i can go by so that when i file it will go through. No fault for Nebraska.

I strongly advise you not to do this, since a child is involved.

I know it's expensive, but the cost of a bad move in a legal proceeding is much more expensive.

Check with local paralegal service in your area. They'll know what forms are required.

Please remember that "He who acts as his own attorney has a fool for a client."

Protect yourself and your daughter. Hire an attorney. If you can't afford it, the court will have your husband help with the attorney's fees.

(btw, I do not work in the legal field, but I tried to do my own divorce a long time ago (to save money) and ended up getting an attorney by the time it was over.

Contact your local court house for papers needed to file for a divorce. They will give you the proper forms. Good luck

Email me. I have a divorce kit including several sets of forms-including for a child-that are allowed in most states, you just have to research and make sure that what I send you is ALL that you need.
