i think detroit only needs 3 of the 4 points from the hawks this week to win it, no matter what buffalo does, and i don't think they should have to much of a problem doing that, the season series is 6-0-0 between the two teams this season, in detroits favor......BUT the presidents cup is not even on the players or fans minds, or at least it shouldnt be, its lord stanley's cup that matters...the presidents cup would just be another peice of hardware to collect dust in the wings cabinet. it would be nice to have another, but like i said it doesnt really matter...and yeah if it ended up with the ducks against the sabres or pens in the finals, the ducks would come out with it i think...any team from the west is going to be tough to beat.

Buffalo they are ready have the tie breakers the most wins the most goal in the leage

well u are way wrong here if detoit was to win out he would give them 114 points as they have 2 games to go still at 110 points and 80 games played
buffalo has 109 points with 3 gmes yet so they can get 6 more pints and give them 115 points 1 more then detroit
buffalo can detroit can tie if detroit wins the rest and buffalo takes 2 and goes into over time on the other one and then buffalo would win the tie for the most wins as 51 wins vs detroits 49 with 1 less game played

Pittsburg will be knocked out in the second round IF they survive Ottawa but Devils/Rangers FIRST ROUND??? YIKES! Buffalo must win out to win the Presidents cup. I see Detroit taking it as for who with the real cup???? Its going West this time people.

First of all it is the President's Trophy not cup.
I would prefer that "Buffalow" win it rather than the Wings.
The Presiden'ts Trophy is a curse.
The Wings are going to win the Cup--Stanley--the only one that matters!!

WHO CARES?! Aren't they supposed to be competing for the Stanley Cup?
I couldn't care less if Detroit lost the President's Cup. As long as they bring Stanley home, I don't really care.
