Are yahoo headlines biased and misguiding?

This headline implies that the students were arrested for merely burning a flag, when in reality they torched private property & could have destroyed the entire home.

According to the article, a flag is burned, but I have to agree that sometimes yahoo headlines can be biased. Then again after all, headlines are supposed to grab your attention. They can't help but be biased.
