Do you think it is all right for DC to offend 50% of the population? We are talking about the women who are still ladies, and do not want to support men making women into sex objects for their own entertainment, and the men who do not objectify women but still treat ladies with respect.
Why don’t they write stories that exemplify goodness and nobility of character, and give us something to live up to instead of something to live down to?
We already know there are people out there who do such things, it isn’t news. Why popularize it?
If we turn comic books into playboy magazines, soon they won’t be comic books any more. And the publishers will wonder why their sales are going through the basement. Independent publishers will publish stories about heroes who are still honorable and uphold the dignity of wearing clothes.
