I am a wife that I am sure my husband feels the same way. I love sex and I love having it . However, it has become very routine when we do have it. I have found a "friend" on line that gives me the excitment I am looking for. And it is all in what he says. So I guess my advice to you is: find out what she is lacking from you. Take a hard look at your sex life together, is it routine? Most woman don't want a wam bam thank you. It is all in the words that you use, thr touch that you use, the over all feeling that you can give her. The gifts and things are nice, but will not last. You need to "know" her. Find out what makes her really go weak in the knees and I think that you will see a change. Good Luck to you!!

Sex for women doesn't start in the bed, it starts way before. Make her feel loved and sexy. Help her relax in any way you can. If there are children help her all you can, so she is not so tired. Start in the morning with acts of kindness and romance, like leaving notes sending flowers, making dinner, you get the picture. Give it a try what is to lose

Ya-know, I have the exact same problem, When I try to tell her something about our lack of sex, she says, I'll try to work on it.
Personall I think when a wife stops having sex with her own husband, it is time to call a lawyer because the marriage is over.

There are a lot of different levels of 'not as interested in sex anymore' and depending on what you mean, I'd suggest different things.
-If she's having sex with you, but it seems like she finds it ho-hum, try spicing things up, try new positions, new 'patterns', new places. Be a little less predictible.
-IF she's having sex with you and enjoys it, seems like she wants it more but it doesnt happen, try making more time for the two of you to be romantic.
- If deep down you believe she's avoiding sex with you, work on yourself, not on trying to please her. Get in better shape, take up hobbies, be more of an exciting 'catch', not just someone who stands around looking balefully at her hoping for sex. Make her want to catch you, don't beg her to throw scraps your way.

A lot of women need affection outside of the bedroom in order to want it INSIDE the bedroom. As long as that is in order and you are treating her well, just start "touching" her "love button" and getting her body physically in the mood.
Unless she has a hormonal imbalance of some sort or some emotional issues she is dealing with, I don't see how she can turn you down! :-)

Do the laundry, grocery shopping, dishes, housework, Take care of her and your own life for a while, If you have kids, take care of them too. If you already do these thing WITHOUT being asked, then take her to a doctor and have her hormones checked.

Get a hobby and start having a great time. She will eventually try to use sex to get you to spend time with her. If it works great if not who cares you are already happy.

Have you let yourself go? Dress spiffy if so. Think back to when you were dating, and now think about what is different.
I bet you were more affectionate, a little more romantic, and generally full of suprises that were intriguing to her back then.

toys for the bedroom....porn....try romance....make her a nice dinner....put flower or rose petals all over the house and lead to the bedroom...give her a sponge bath....
