Well, what does that entail? No-one getting too angry, and people agreeing to live and let live. This is okay, just so long as no-one crosses the line... as soon as someone does, the question of what the punishment for the transgressor should be presents itself, and the system will begin to go off the rails... also, what will be the stimulus that leads to 'maximum orthoganality'? Is someone going to lead people to do it, or are they just going to start doing it of their own accord? I would bet that not everyone is going to participate, either because they don't agree, or because they are incapable of doing so. If holes appear in the movement, it risks crumbling, or having to defend itself against the regime that was there before, or reactions against it. Or are you suggesting this on a more personal level?

Achieve inner peace to make the world more peaceful, surely. Of course, it could turn out that being yourself and not harming others is a good part of the way to achieving inner peace...

No, it is a half-way house, where everyone is neither one thing or the other, each not wanting to go beyond or behind his neighbour. If everyone made an agreement to behave in a certain way, and they did, things may go fine for a while, but it not in the nature of the human to for ever be the same as his neighbour.
