yes as other poster said centennial park, it is quite close to the city.

there is also a riding school out at malabar near the beach http://www.malabarriding.com.au/
if you want somewhere a bit further out, there is a place at Otford (catch the Wollongong train, takes about 45 mins - 1 hour from Central) check out their website otfordfarm.com.au, it is a really beautiful spot.
unfortunately you can't ride horses on bondi beach!

Centennial Park has riding trails and there are stables on the Randwick side near the racecourse.

I would have thought along Bondi beach, but there may be restrictions.
