Ay yo- a girl I know says that this chick had a boob job, but when she turned 21 her boobs started to grow big again, so she had to go BACK and spend all of this money to get it fixed. I, personally, would wait a while.
On the other hand, I'm a guy- and if you're like.. concerned that they're not big enough or something.... you're... very very wrong...
:)
I hope that you're not trying to change yourself in reaction to what people think about you. You shouldn't do that- because you couldn't be totally happy if you did! You are who you are.. don't let others tell you different.

Oh my word - no...please no.

Honestly you are only 19 - unless they are swinging on the floor I wouldn't bother. I'm not patronising you here - but your body is really great at that age - believe me your body changes as you get older.

Excercise can firm up your boobs no problem - target that area - over 3 months if you keep up regular excercise you will definitly notice the difference. You can do it without the surgery.

My GF had a boob job in 1999. She was 38 D also, but had breast reduction to 36 C. It also included uplift. Now, she looks bigger and firmer than before because of the uplift.

Want one guy's point of view?

Stay the way you are. Bigger might attract more attention, but not the type of attention you really want. As I said, just one man's opinion. I judge women by who they are, not by the size of their chests.

But also consider this: As you age, breasts tend to grow by themselves, especially if you have children.

Many of my women friends who are age 35+ complain constantly about the size of their breasts---and I mean too big, not too small. They complain of back aches, clothes that don't fit right, chaffing, sagging, and many other negatives. At 19, you may not have suffered from this yet, but it's coming no matter what you do.

Bigger? Consider smaller instead. But it's your decision. Only you can make it.

hunni, dont bother, think of the pain. im a 34 A, and to be honest i hate it as i dont have a cleavage etc, but we have to live with what weve got. if ure gonna have anything done got a full C cup. good luck, ure only 19 dont worry about it, spend the money on a holiday instead.

To be honest i recon it would be better natural, if there too firm its obvious you've had work done! and 38d is big enough, however this is just my opionion i wouldn't put myself through the pain and whatever you have to go through!

wait for while your still young chuck. make sure the bras you are wearing are the right size and give you the most uplift, go and get measured bhs,m and s, debimens etc do bra sizing discretly and they will be able to recommend a type of bra which will suit the ample assets you already have.
try padded, water filled, gel type bras and see how they look, why waste money on what you have already you just need to give them a little boast not a operation!

Are they really that saggy at 19 to need a boob job? Did you do the pencil test? You place a pencil under your boob and if it drops then they're perky, if it stays then they're a bit saggy.

My personal opinion would be to leave them be.
Any pics? JK!

I think 38d it is a huge. If you do more other people will see them first and your person second. Do you want that? If your answer yes... so... I suppose you may go for it
