I would vote for him. I read "The Audacity of Hope", and it really lead me to believe he would be an amazing President. I admit he doesn't have much experience, but he has vision. He openly admits when he doesn't have an answer or when he has changed his position (for example, on taking corporate-sponsored private jets around the country). He has passion for helping us all, and the intelligence to make it happen. And the fact that he has such a diverse background is a great strength, in my opinion.

I'd put Edwards as a close second because I think he also has the passion and desire to help Americans. But he comes in second because he isn't as inspirational. Hillary is a mess because I never feel like she is telling the truth. She is doing what she thinks she needs to do to get elected, and that bothers me.

I think as Edwards and Obama get more press coverage, they will move up in the polls because I think they both have a great message. For Obama especially, his speaking skills are a huge asset. The man knows how to motivate.

Hands down. I think he is actually good hearted and has the people of this Nation's best interest, first and foremost. Also, I like the way he has actual answers, and plans. He is ready to put them into action, AND, he expects results from his actions that will benefit Americans, as well as rest of our fellow Countrymen, and the Mother of us all, our greatly damaged, Earth. He is addressing the ridiculousness of the existing programs and initiatives set by the current occupants of our government, and giving us solid solutions to the problems they have only fed in the positions they abused. He is ready and willing to step up and do the right thing. FINALLY! Someone on our side! "For the people, by the people!" HE GIVES ME HOPE FOR THIS WRETCHED WORLD. Plus he's from Hawaii-he has the Aloha spirit embedded in him! Mahalo Barrack! "U'a Mau Ke E'a O Ka Aina I Ka Pono. - The Life of the Land is Perpetuated in Righteousness."

NOPE not if he was the only person running.

Man stinks of phoney all over. Everyone calls him a black man, he is half white his mother is white, his black father abondoned him and his mother. He is raised by a white mother, white grand parents yet he turns his back on his mothers people and just plays the race card by just pretending to be black only. MAYBE When I hear him come out and say I am a man of COLOUR I am half black HALF white, then I might consider him a decent person but at the moment NO.

No. I don't think either him or Hillary have enough experience and are not ready to step into the mess. Really, no one that I've seen so far is ready to take it on. Scary. Snoopy for President.

It bothers me that people will vote for him because he's black or for Hillary just because she's a woman. Not a good thing to do.

I love the Idea of a Black President, Yes because i'm African American. However, I would have to know what he really would stand for. Not just on "Black Things" But on American things. Our Health Care, S.S. The War,ect. To not vote for him or any other race in(OBAMA) case, just because he is black, is soooo WRONG!!! He must be right for America as a whole. So, while voting Don't Look at Color yet look at the need here in America.. And hopefully the best man or woman will Win!! Thanks....

properly, it became going to be Hillary yet now its searching like i'd be vote casting Republican for the first time in my existence. until eventually Obama can do extremely some convincing for me to have self assurance that he's more advantageous substance than warm air, i'd be puting my X in McCain's field.

I would. The republicans have offered up nobody worth voting for, and Hillary is too much of a chameleon.

At least you know where Obama stands on a few key issues. Hilalry is too slippery. You could never peg her to anything.

No. I think he has a lot of potential and should definitely be someone to watch in the future. Right now though, I don't think he has enough experience. He's in his first term. Give him a few years to gather experience and I think he will be a force to be reckoned with.

Dempsey, I could not of said it better myself sweet pea..

John Edwards seems to be the man so far...

Hell, If my choices were between "Bushwhacked" and "Lewis the cat" I'd pick "Lewis"...

Anything to get "Bushwhacked" outta the office...

My "Uncle Red" once said to me long ago that every President wants to get his country into a war because it leaves them with a legacy..His little bro' died in Vietnam so he is not fond of Kennedy at all and thinks we did not belong in Vietnam (I agree), he was in Korea as a Marine.

My Daddy (RIP) was in the Navy for WW2 and the Cuban missile crisis of the 50's-60's..My ex's Dad was a Navy man in Vietnam...The stories these men told me blew me away, the courage, the heroics, the strength, Patriotic men and women that fight for our country are to be held in the highest regards..

"Bushwhacked" does NOT care about these people I described. They are everyone in these wars. He says nice things and has random visits to Iraq/Iran but he is happy he is not there..It is easy to make people fight a war you don't physically have to fight yourself!

No. He has no experience. People are going to vote for him because he's black which is as bad as not voting for him because he's black. There is no Democrat worth voting for right now.
