Sea World is only about fifteen minutes, depending on where you will be going from, it doesn't take too long though.
Taxis are pretty high and usually are not the most economical way to go. But, if that is the way you prefer to go, it usually runs about $30 each way. But again, it will depend on where you are starting from and other factors like that. Also, tip is extra, so add a few bucks on for that as well.
For other transportation you are going to have a few options. I've never taken public transportation myself, but here is some information I've collected.
Depending on where you will be staying, take a bus to Magic Kingdom and then go to the ticket and transportation center. From there you can get on Lynx and take bus #50 to get to SeaWorld. The price is going to be the least expensive, at around $1.00 to $1.50 per person. However, it is a little less convenient to get to and also takes long to get to the parks. I'm not sure if this is exactly what you have to do, but if you look around I'm sure you can get more info on this option.
The other option is going to be Mears. Again, I've not personally done this, so you may want to verify this, but I'm pretty sure this is accurate for Mears. Mears is going to cost around $15 per person, but you do need to schedule. It is usually best to call the night before or at least 2 hours before the transfer. They can then give you times for the shuttle, you can either book the return then, or wait two hours prior and book it then. Sometimes Mears will pick you up even if they don't fill their bus, sometimes that means they will wait to see if anyone else wants a transfer, other times they will just leave, but it seems with these type transfers you wait on other passengers who lost track of time. If they don't come because they don't fill the van or bus, they may send a taxi. The driver should know about your price and how much you owe, if they come on the first part of the trip, you are supposed to get a voucher for the second part so you don't have to pay again. Just remember that you may have to several stops at hotels and/or attractions before getting to where you need to go, so it can take some time.
Another option which may cost a little more, depending on your party size, is a private transfer. This is the way I always go, it is quick, easy and convenient. I use the same company all the time, so they work with me and help me with whatever I need. The cost for private usually runs about $30 each way, you may get a discount for doing both ways or other transfers.
Have a great time!

The distance between Sea World and Disney World is about 8 miles, and the best way to get between the two parks is to get the Lynx express bus number 50 from right outisde the gates of Sea World direct to the Disney World bus station, the journey is non stop, and will only costs $1.50 per person, compared to an extortionate taxi fare.
The journey only takes 15 minutes, and is a regular half an hour service during the day. It will effectively save you a lot of money from a taxi fare, especially if you are on a tight budget.

SeaWorld Orlando is generally about 15 minutes North of Walt Disney World. But of course it depends on where your coming from at Disney, that is what your taxi fare will depend on. In general, your taxi fare should be around $15-20, but like I said it could be more or less depending you where your coming from in Disney. If you want to request a taxi pickup in advance you can call the dispatch number for Yellow Cab: 407-422-2222
Hope that helps. Have Fun!

Its not that far you can either make your way to international drive then get the I-ride to the last stop which is seaworld or there is a bus from the disney parks that cost roughly $1 and it stops right outside seaworld as well. The public transport is very good, a taxi might cost you a good bit

I live 1 mile from Sea World.
To answer your question accurately I would need to know where in Walt Disney World you are coming from.
Disney World is like 43 square miles. Depending on your starting point your looking at $10-$60. Plus tip.
