then how can i bacome a wiccan or how do i learn pyrokinesis learning to control fire or cryokinesis the ability to control ice or the ability to control darknessor shadow..... and dont worry about me i have nothing to lose anyways.... hehe.... ty for the early reply

You could get a video game and read the manual and act out your fantasies on the game. Because in real life you can't do those things.

Necromancer's are not typically human, or alive in flesh and blood for that matter. While it may be possible to control a vessel that has no mind of its own in the body (i.e. when you die, your spirit leaves), it is not possible to "bring back the dead". People have the legend of Necromancers all wrong.
Bringing back dead lover:: This is impossible. The flow of time runs in one direction, and cannot be reversed. While we can slow it down, speed it up, or ignore its existence as a measurement, time itself cannot be reversed as it's not a tangible thing we can simply push in the other direction. once the spirit has left the body, it cannot reattach itself. Many have learnt the hard way, but know that no matter what you sacrifice, there will be no gain in this.
Wiccan:: Wiccan is an entire religion in its own right. You cannot simply become one, although you can convert to one. It is like becoming a Christian, or becoming a Satanist, you are becoming a new religion. The Wiccan way of life may not be for you if you are interested in Necromancy.
Pyrokinesis:: Something I can relate to! It is easily possible to control a flame by many means. One is by controlling the oxygen densities around it, the other is converting other energies into heat and light. Being a White Witch, I know about energy magick, and it's wholly real and easy-ish to perform. If you want to learn Pyrokinesis specifically, it will take a lot of meditation and practice on a small candle by itself for a long time until you can actively control it without suddenly losing control. You must first learn to convert metaphysical energy into heat, and then you must convert physical energies to concentrated light.
Cryokineses:: Controlling ice is impossible, for it is only water and water is not an energy. You can control the energies around it to manipulate it, i.e. making it hot so it melts in certain places, but coldness is not an energy. Cold is the absence of energy therefore you can do nothing to it besides throw energy into it- heating it up.
Controlling Darkness:: From what I have said above, you will appreciate that darkness and shadows are the absence of light. If you can convert light energy into sound, or into heat- something you can't see- then you will generate a shadow. Otherwise this is not possible in reality.
It's not dangerous to try these things, (except for fire of course), but you must realise that in order to convert energies, you must become energy yourself, and share your energies with the process as a catalyst and it is that which is dangerous. I don't know exactly how possible it is that you will be successful with your attempt but....
There are several different types of wiccans, I'm a solitary practioner because I'm just not down with the big impresonal gatherings (that's just me - it may work well for others).
Your best bet would be to start doing some research on what wicca is and go from there. I don't think you truly understand what being wiccan actually means - seems the media's interpretation of being a witch really has screwed up a lot of people...
And just for the record - you do have something to lose - do you see no value in your life?

You have power issues. You need to feel in control and feel like people are in awe of you. Thats ok, but dont mess around with this stuff, learn how to fix computers or program them. I know some people with power issues that get alot of satisfaction from being all powerful in the computer realm.
Also, youve seen too many movies about people with powers. What you need to realize is that this is fake. Why dont you become an actor, then you will have people worship you from the screen as well?
