I walk, exercise, come back home and jump in the shower. Never had a problem at all! What about football players, other athletes. They play hard and go to the showers after a game, over and over again! All over the world athletes are doing this. Why haven't we heard on the news that thousands of famous athletes have fallen down paralyzed in their showers? I think it's an urban myth. Sorry kiddo.

Take a shower anytime you want. This myth I never heard before. A myth is a non truth, a lie. It sounded like something a man came up with because he was too lazy to bathe. Have a nice day.

I have never heard this myth before. It's just a myth. I hardly ever rest before going to take a shower and I'm fine.

It is not true. You cannot become paralyzed from water- in fact it should be encouraged that one takes a warm shower to relax his or her muscles.

The only thing that I could remotely imagine that could happen is that you might get drowsy, fall, and break your neck. Otherwise, no, of coarse not.
