jeb black: I don't know where you get your information; LOTS of buildings collapse from fire. Fire heats the steel beams and if it's hot enough, it softens them, weakening their integrity and making the beams unable to support the weight of the building. My father was a firefighter who died because a building collapsed on him while he was trying to put out the fire that was destroying its structural integrity. Or do you think the government did that, too?

False,
That would make me as bad as a terrorist. Although payback was top of the list, it didn't matter much how the payback happened. Captured dead or alive, the terrorists need to be punished.
Stop the conspiracy crap and inside crap already, Science has explained how all these buildings fell, including building 7. Don't read just one sided information, read it all.

If we look at history this has usually been the case. Take for example the Spanish American War, the American vessel the Maine sunk in a cuban port. American's wanted to know who did it, not how it happened. I have not gotten into much of the history of other countries but I would be interested in finding out if other countries were as quick as America to jump the gun. With the Spanish American War, Spain determined, which we confirmed years later, that it was an accident on the ship itself. No one did it, but we went to war for it. Sounds pretty familiar to me.

What I knew while watching the second plane slam into the Tower was that we were at war with someone, and that someone was going to pay dearly. The anger I felt was cold, deliberate, and calculated. I didn't want "someone" to die. I wanted them all dead.

No. I wanted the perps found and brought to trial. Guess I'm gonna have to wait awhile - Bush disbanded the special unit that was assigned the task of hunting for Osama bin Forgotten!

Yes.

But if this is the warm up to a conspiracy theory posting,I am asking you not to go there.

We will be bombarded with that crap in a little bit anyway. It's the time of day for that, you know.

I was more scared than mad, but even then I knew someone had to die and I was ready to join the armed forces

Somewhat true

But not just one "someone", many someones.

Although we have made great progress and many (tens-of-thousands) of terrorists hve been slain, my thirst for blood has not yet been slaked.

Perhaps when every last radical Islamist is deceased.
