The easiest way is a lamp and a photovoltaic cell. It isn't very efficient, but it can be useful. It's the easiest way to send power to an electronic device at the other end of a fiber optic cable.

This may be a stretch , but your laptop runs on a battery, you can use a blue-tooth to start a generator which would create energy.

It cannot be done. If it were possible, we would be able to power remote objects from a distance, without running any wires. However, a way to do so has not yet been discovered.
