I suggest that you relax. I know it's stressful when you really want a child, but trust me once you relax it will happen naturally. Also try making sex fun, adding alittle spice in there will help too. I did some research and if the woman is highly aroused it highetens the chances of conception. Also, you should be taking prenatal vitamins and excersizing regularly to prepare your body to carry. Good positioning is key also. Doggy Style and Missionary are preffered. Woman on top isn't because it allows the semen to flow out of the body. So again relax, be spontaneous, and take care of yourself. You should conceive in no time.

Aside from all of the very medical things you can do, try borrowing a diaper from a friend who has children. Wrap a moonstone in the diaper, and sleep with it every night. Ocean water and eggs and bunnies are all good for fertility too. And don't stress.
Medically.....have your husband wear boxer shorts instead of tighter underware, get an ovulation predictor test, and make an appointment with your doctor for both you and your spouse for complete physicals.

If you have been trying for six months or more unsuccessfully, you might want to consider seeing a fertility specialist, who can run some tests to find out where the problem lies. Then the doctor can present you with fresh options. Good luck!
