Well Tina Badina.. I can tell by the type of questions you ask that you like to have fun, so I'm going to assume he's not a perv and he's simply using them to wax the car.
I would only worry if he was wearing them WHILE waxing the car... I think that would be a midemeanor "disturbing the peace". I know just thinking about it, that it disturbs my peace.
