Can you like, update it, change the web site etc. after you have released it to the Internet? If so, how???

by exported i guess you mean published using Frontpage or some other web page editor. you can always "export" it again which should overwrite the files that are there now.

You bet! In fact, it is essential! I've updated mine so often over the years, it's silly. Your "host" should have, must have, given you an "FTP" address and password so's you can send (and fetch) website pages to and fro. You use a program like ws_ftp or FireFTP or Filezilla to trade files with your "host"!

yes we can edit the website using dreamwever for some update to rechanges in websites

Simply you could open a page and give it internet address like: http://www.mysite.com/index.htm
in frontpage and dreamweaver.
But extremly suggest you correct it then upload it
