I am sure this question is coming from the thick girl. Be yourself and be happy with who you are on the inside. If you dont like what you see on the outside do something to change it. Guys will always like hot thin women. Just the way it is.

you know what? dont even pay attention to the first person who answered this question. the guy who's worth it is the guy who thinks ur beautiful on the inside AND outside. no compromising there. and the kind of guy who only likes those dying anorexic girls is the type that helped perpetuate this problem in the first place. that and depression and that "wonderful" thing we call the media. (i hate the media) remember, it sounds cliche, but really, its whats on the inside that counts. i really hope u find ur amazing guy and that life's great for u =)
