Why do people who are not white have lower scores on IQ tests?

They're not thicker, obviously, but what I mean is why do races have different minds usually, how has it happened this way? that native australians can remember maps better etc.

I just mean, if you are a 'black' teacher (your words not mine) shouldnt you be teaching people in a way that suits their mind and how it works?

Because IQ tests measure only a very narrow part of intelligence. There are other aspects to intelligence that are not measured, and intelligence depends on social and cultural factors as well. IQ tests really only test how well you can do on a test.

Odd, I went to school in the philippines for a couple of years and with classmates from all over the world I found the japanese (and israeli) students to be the smartest... What data did you review before coming to this conclusion?
