Motley Crue gave Avenged Sevenfold ideas so I guess Motley Crue in a way is better not because of talent but becuase of influence.

In my opinion Motley Crue is a much better band. The only thing i like about sevenfold are their guitars.

Dude, you can't compare the crue to a7x. the crue is classic man. no one in thier right mind would say a7x is better than the crue. always gotta go with the classic

well, the Crue was better FIRST, so I would have to go with them. They are two different bands. If they were both out at the same time, it would be hard to say which is better, as they are completely different styles.
