If you're asking this to establish what may work for you, as to relate to some one else. It might be ineffective. Do you have traumas ? Do you exercise before bed? Do you take energy drinks? There's many reasons you could have trouble sleeping at night. I don't have trouble sleeping at night, some times I stay up a little late through the night. But I get a appropriate amount of hours of sleep and only stay up later because I slept in later.

My toddler often sleeps with me. Also, I usually need some kind of covering, whether a thick blanket or a sheet.

I fell asleep while doing my work. I woke up surrounded by books and all my papers. And, I found a calculator in my bed too.
