I suspect your one of those that cannot tolerate having people raise their voice toward you or stand in your personal space? If that be the case besides cap locks then it's an issue you have. Now the person using cap locks might like the way it looks using capital letters. Myself It looks a wee bit foolish but hey I don't let it bother me. I personally would be more bothered by ramp id stupidity.

No, It doesn't annoy me. I admit sometimes I do it, but by mistake, like maybe I had it in Caps prev. on another thing I was doing, so it stayed that way, ya know? Then sometimes I do it because I want to let that person know that I am shouting it out, as was said by the postered girl half-naked on a bed above me....lol!

if it truly is all in caps, commonly while somebody types all in caps it ability they are yelling. i might discover that slightly stressful if somebody have been to constintly answer questions in all caps, you will possibly think of they might know the thank you to coach off the caps lock button.

Actually no. I don't see very well, so it makes it easier for me to read. I used to ask and answer in all caps but someone wrote and told me it was rude. So I stopped doing it. But it doesn't bother me if someone writes me in that fashion... it actually helps for half-blind people like me.

It used to, but then I figured it took everything they know just to hit the keys, so now I just read around it. Maybe next week they will learn how to push the "caps lock" button again.
