It's amazing for me to see Nancy Pelosi in a burkha. She really respects those that cater to terrorists while not finding any problem with the total denigration that Arab nations have toward their women. It's amazing. I'm sure liberals would have negotiated with a madman like Hitler.

While I was a young man at the time Hitler came into power I do not remember the United States or any Democrats that were trying to negotiate with him.
Nevil Chamberlain of England did but he did not have the "Lasting Peace in our Time" that he thought he was going to have.
And by the time that the United States did get involved in the War the Japs had bombed the hell out of Pearl Harbor and several days later Hitler declared war against the USA.
Pelosi is doing what Bush should have done two - three years ago instead of trying to convince the rest of the World that he was the "Lone Stranger riding in from the West to resolve all of the problems of the Mid East!"
But he didn't want to so the rest is history - as is all of those
American Troops lives that were lost!

You, sir, could use a good dose of horse sense. It's called "diplomacy" - a topic a good many of our fellow citizens desperately need an education in!
You also obviously flunked history. Hitler did not start out as a madman - in fact, it's well known that he never went mad at all - what happened with his mental facilities was due to the massive doses of narcotics his personal physician administered to Der Fuherer as the man aged and developed some of the usual ailments that come with gettng older. Hitler's behaviors and those of his cronies are absolutely inexcusable - but they weren't due to clinical insanity, or as you so crudely put it, "madness".
By the way - the President of the United States, when we entered into World War Two, was a liberal Democrat -and so was his successor, who authorized the use of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. So you can just shut the freak up about liberals, capisce?

Have you been to the middle east? do you know anything about Arabs / Muslims and how they truly live or did you learn only by what you were told and what you read on Yahoo pages?
No Syria is no Angel nation ... but they are one of the few Muslim country who live at peace with its Christian population ... it is one of the Muslim nation who has more rights for women then any other. And they might be evil indeed in their approach to Israel and our policy ... but really ... honestly. Does EVERYTHING we did or do is ALWAYS the best and the right thing? Are we so perfect that we NEVER make any mistakes?
Terrorists exists indeed and yes they are Muslims / Arabs for the most part ... should we condemn ALL Arabs / Muslims for that? Heck, we annihilated the native Americans, we stole the land from the Spanish we enslaved the blacks ... but we are perfect in our judgments? ... Just remember one thing "He who has never sinned should cast the first stone"

Oh at that time there was plenty of Liberal or whom ever talking to Hitler and his. Charles Limberg said he was a good man for Germany. Senator Ted Kennedy's Dad said Hitler was a great leader. And there were many others that couldn't see the trees for the forest.

ABSOLUTELY
Prescott Bush was a Democrat back then. He negotiated many deals with Hitler.
How about that Curtis Aircraft engine deal that Prescott got. Supplying Airplane engines for Germany and Japan was good for the local economy.
Wonder if he said "Com-neez good pep ah we gotz jobz. Like his grandson.
Go big Red Go

Liberal Europe did indeed attempt appeasement with Hitler, thus allowing him to become much stronger with a greater military. Had they nipped it in the bud, it wouldn't have escalated to a World War.

Those people are bigots. They would rather support the enemy before America. To a liberal right is wrong and wrong it right. Good is evil and evil is good. Nancy Pelosi wore that stupid burkha just to prove that she isn't racist or discriminatory. The only problem with that is that she's so worried about pleasing other people that she isn't worrying about her country and herself. (not that she needs any help worrying about herself, she's pretty conceited.)

They certainly played down Hitler's excesses regarding the genocide of the Jews. I don't think we would have ever gotten into WWII if the Japanese hadn't bombed Pearl Harbor.

No , the Democrats did not try and negotiate with Hitler....
In WWll, all Democrats and Republicans had one voice....
Today, all the Liberal Democrats can think of and do is how to regain "power" for their party, without any thoughts as to what is best for the country...............
