I have connected my iPod, and my videos and music go on just fine. I have checked all the settings that need to be set, they are all right. When I try to 'Sync' my iPod, it goes through everything just fine and then it gets stuck on the photos part. iTunes just sits there and claims to be Syncing, even though it does not appear to be doing anything.

I have tried formatting through windows, resetting through iTunes, updating my software, used a different cable, different USB port (even though the last 2 shouldn't just affect pics)

So, How do I get iTunes to put pictures on, after all the settings are correct?

that's 5G video, 30 GB. It's not full, in fact I still have 17 GB to work with.

Mine worked fine, but without seeing the specifics of your process I couldn't begin to point where yours is hanging up. What I've got set on mine is, when I sync my iPod, and click on the Photos tab, I have the "Sync photos from:" box checked, I have designated a folder to sync from (iPods can only sync photos from one folder, though they can also be set to sync photos from any folders contained within that folder), and I have the "All Photos" button marked.

One possibility is that it's not actually stalled out, but is just taking a really long time to go through the process because of either the number of photos involved, the filesize of the photos (like BMPs vs. JPGs), or the amount of disk space that you're making it search through (like telling it to sync all photos located on the C: drive, regardless of location). Just as a trial, create a new folder, put a single small JPG (try something under 100KB) in that folder, and tell iTunes to sync image files from just that one folder and see how long it takes to finish the process. If it hangs up, then yes, there is a much more serious problem involved. If it finishes in fairly short order, then its just a matter of how much work you're asking it to do.
